Introduction Of Roll Feeder

Roll feeder machine has a feeding head and an individual control cabinet. PLC control and servo motor drive. Feeding precision 0.03mm. Feeding speed 1-20m/min. The feeding head can combine with a straightener. Roll feeder can work with stamping press and an uncoiling machine. All feeding rollers are chrome treatment with good hardness.

How To Use The Roll Feeder

Mount the roll feeder machine head to the press bolster. Or mount it on a support bracket nearby the press. Connect the input high pressure air and electric power. Connect the feeding and release signals wires to press PLC. Set the feeding pitch and speed through the touch screen on control cabinet.
Press PLC will send signals to feeder for releasing the sheet and feeding the sheet. Pneumatic cylinder will control the releasing and clamping. Servo motor drive the gears to rotate the rollers for feeding the strip.
The servo feeder has automatic and manual types working modes. Manual type is for trail running. Automatic mode is for synchronize working with press machine. HMI has monitor function. Any malfunctions or unproper operation, the screen will alarm with indicator lights and fault codes.

Application Of Roll Feeder

Roller feeder is widely used for metal parts stamping line. A roll feeder, an uncoiling machine, a straightening machine, a power press, and a set progressive die. They are combined as a fully automatic stamping line. A compact roll feeder (3 in 1 type) is better for coil feeding and straightening. Compact size and small space needed.

Roller feeders are also applicable for cut to length line. A compact type 3 in 1 straightener feeder with a shearing machine can act as a convenient cut to length line. Uncoiler with roll feeder are important parts of a profile roller forming line.
