The vehicle body parts automatic stamping production line consists of multiple straight side presses and automation systems (depalletizing system, automatic transmission system and end-of-line discharging system). When the loading trolley loads the stack from the stacking position back to the de-stacking position, the sheet metal is picked up from the material stack by manipulator and sent to the centering station through the cleaning machine and oiling machine through the conveyor device. After the sheet metal is centered and positioned, subsequent stamping production can begin.

Presses: 5- or 6-units world brand straight side presses can be working together as a line. One-unit 1000ton press, 2 units 800ton presses, and 3 units 630ton presses. It can also add a bigger size 1250ton or 1600ton mechanical stamping press on the head (hydraulic press is also applicable).

Automatic transfer system: elbow type robots can work between the presses, to pick up the workpiece and load it to next press.

    Please contact us to buy the spare parts of our world brand press machines. But we cannot supply the parts for any other brand presses. Please send us the press name plate and the broken parts photos. Then we can check the cost and make an offer. World press produce most of the mechanical parts in world own factories. In this way, quality could be better controlled. And the spare parts will be still available in future 10 or 20 years.

  • What to do if I want to buy a punching press?

    Firstly, prepare a technical drawing of the stamping part. Check with the mold design engineer or profression mold supplier. Confirm the budget and stamping process, get idea of suitable press tonnage, table size, stroke length, etc. Then check with World Press sales team to inquire the offer of press machines. We can provide full solution including the stamping dies and automatic coil feeding machines.

  • Are you manufacturer of press machines?
