3 Roller Hydraulic Rolling Bending Machine

W11Y three-roller symmetrical type steel plate hydraulic rolling machine has 3 pieces symmetrical rollers. The up roller can vertical lift in the central of the two down rollers by the hydraulic motor. The two down rollers rotate through the reducer. The output gear and the lower roller gear are meshing to provide the torque of the coiled sheet. The down rollers are fixed height to make the feed and operation easily. The disadvantage of this machine is the pre-bending should come from other device.
