The vehicle body parts automatic stamping production line integrates multiple high-performance straight-side presses with advanced automation systems, including a depalletizing system, automatic transfer system, and end-of-line discharging system. The process begins when the loading trolley retrieves a sheet metal stack from the stacking position and returns it to the de-stacking station. A robotic manipulator then picks up the sheet metal, which is transported through a cleaning machine and oiling machine via conveyor to the centering station. Once centered and precisely positioned, the sheet metal is ready for subsequent stamping operations.
The press configuration typically comprises 5- or 6-unit WORLD GROUP brand straight-side presses working in tandem, with options including one 1000-ton press, two 800-ton presses, and three 630-ton presses. For larger-scale production, a high-capacity 1250-ton or 1600-ton mechanical stamping press can be added at the head of the line (hydraulic presses are also available).
The automatic transfer system employs elbow-type robots to efficiently transfer workpieces between presses, ensuring seamless material flow and optimal production efficiency. This integrated design minimizes cycle times, maximizes throughput, and maintains consistent precision throughout the stamping process.

    We can provide one-year warranty for the press, 2 years warranty for the crankshaft, 3 years warranty for the wet clutch.

  • Where can we get the spare parts?

    All the electric parts are international famous brand and customer can buy the electric parts at local market. World produce most of the press parts in our own factory and we can provide all parts from here. Urgent parts could be shipped by courier service.

  • Is installation and training service available?

    Yes we can provide installation and training service. And we will provide English version operation and maintenance manual with the press. Customer can also send their operators to our factory for training.

  • Are you manufacturer of press machines?

    Yes, World is a group company. He has several factories to produce different machines, including press machines, construction machines, and agriculure machines. World has two factories in China to produce press machines, shearing machines, and beding machines. The third factory of press machine is set in Thailand in 2023.   • Is your press CNC control?

    No, our press is controlled by PLC with HMI. It is not CNC, but operator can set some functions through the HMI screen. Such as the lubricant time, the counter, the user cam angles, reset TDC.

  • Is your press automatic lubrication?

    Yes, our mechanical presses are automatic lubrication, some are grease and some are thin oil lubricant, except for conventional rolling key type eccentric presses. Automatic grease lubricant for hydraulic press is optional.

  • Is your press adjustable stroke?

    We have stroke adjustable press, please check the model JH21(L) series. The capacity is from 25 ton to 250 ton, C frame sigle crank type.

  • What is the language version in your press HMI?

    Languages are English and Chinese. We can discuss if you need more versions, such as Spanish or Russian.

  • Does your press need special pit foundation?

    Most of our presses are standard equip with mounting anti-vibration pads. Just need to put the press on the pads for installation. No need special pit foundations. But some big size presses such as the big eccentric gear presses need foundation. We will provide the drawing if you order the presses.

  • What is the air pressure and flow rate of your pneumatic press?

    0.5Mpa high pressure air is enough, our pneumatic press has air tank on the body. If you need to buy seperate air compressor, 1-2m3 size compressor is enough for one press.

  • Are your press machines conform to European Standard?

    Yes, our press machines have CE certificates and we can provide EC declarations.

  • Is the language version English on the control panel and HMI?

    Yes, it is English and Chinese.

  • What is the meaning of wet clutch for press?

    Clutch and brake friction discs are inside the flywheel. All are oil bath in the flywheel, for better lubricant and cooling.

  • Is the input power 3-phase or 2-phase?

    Electric power is 3-phase, power voltage 380V50Hz. It can be customized.

  • Is inspection before shipment available?

    Yes. Buyer can appoint his engineer or representative to here for inspection before shipment. Buyer can also arrange third party for inspection. Buyer shall afford the etra cost if any.

  • Is Form E/FTA/Form A certificate available?

    Yes, we can provide certificate of origin, include Form E, Form A and FTA.

  • Are your presses conform to Canada standard?

    Yes we know some special requests of CSA. We will modify the presses and add more safety equipment. But we do not have the certificate. We know our press can be exported to Canada and we have customers there.
