Where can we get the spare parts?

All the electric parts are international famous brand and customer can buy the electric parts at local market. World produce most of the press parts in our own factory and we can provide all parts from here. Urgent parts could be shipped by courier service.

Is installation and training service available?

Yes we can provide installation and training service. And we will provide English version operation and maintenance manual with the press. Customer can also send their operators to our factory for training.

Business Introduction

World group is a Chinese manufacturer of metallic process machines, construction machines and agriculture machines. There are two factories in China to produce different types press machines and other metal forming machines. The factory in Jiangsu province has more than 70 years experience in metal forming industry. The production capacity is more than 200 units presses per month.

Mechanical press rated capacity is up to 2500ton.

Hydraulic press up to 5000ton.
C frame single crank press up to 400ton, C frame double crank press up to 315ton.
H frame single crank press up to 630ton.
H frame double crank press up to 800ton with solid frame.
Straight side double crank press up to 1250ton with tie-rod frame.
Eccentric gear press single point up to 1600ton.
Eccentric gear presses two-points and four-points types up to 2500ton.
C type stroke adjustable press up to 250ton.
C type hydraulic press up to 250ton.
Four-column type hydraulic press up to 2000ton.
H frame hydraulic press up to 5000ton.

Specifications are customizable

We also supply the automatic coil feeding machines for stamping press line. Including uncoiling machine, straightening machine, and servo feeder. We can supply single punch mold, compound mold, and progressive die, based on customer's technical drawings of stamping parts. We can also provide automation proposal and supply the manipulator and transfer system.

Other Metallic Process Machines

Other metallic process machines are hydraulic shearing machine and bending machine. For sheet metal thickness up to 20mm and width up to 6000mm. Laser cutting machines 1kW to 12kW.

We Shanghai branch was set in 2009 to export all World brand machines, including press machines, construction machines and agriculture machines. We also provide technical support and after sale service.
