How To Use The Roll Feeder

Securely mount the roll feeder machine head onto the press bolster or a support bracket adjacent to the press. Connect the high-pressure air supply and electrical power input. Establish connections for the feeding and release signal wires to the press PLC. Configure the feeding pitch and speed parameters via the control cabinet's touch screen interface.
The press PLC will transmit control signals to the feeder for sheet release and feeding operations. A pneumatic cylinder governs the release and clamping functions. The servo motor drives the gear mechanism to rotate the rollers, enabling precise strip feeding.
