UL-500 leveling uncoiling machine adopts mono block type rigid frame. Uncoiling system uses mechanical expansion mandrel. Coil inner diameter is from 450mm to 530mm adjustable. Loading capacity is 2ton coil. Leveling head has 7pcs straightening rollers. Roller gap is adjustable by hand wheels. The uncoiling machine can work with roller feeder. It is widely used for metal parts stamping industry.
