500ton Two-points Straight Side Progressive Die Stamping Press

500ton straight side press features:

1. Mono-block type single-piece steel plate welded body, anealing treatment, releasing stress, strong and rigid.

2. Bolster size 3000x1200mm, ram plate size 2700x1100mm, customizable of these dimensions.

3. PLC control, HMI with touch screen, hydraulic overload protection. Monitor and alarm fucntion if any maulfunction.

4. Wet type pneumatic clutch, simple maintenance and longer service lift. Automatic grease lubrication for bushes and guide rails, thin-oil lubrication for balance cylinder. Lubrication frequency can be set on HMI with pulse monitor.

5. Automation I/O integrated in PLC. Can work with coil feeding machines, manipulators, industrial robots, 3-axis transfer systems.

6. With mounting pads, anti-vibration, no need extra pit for installation.
