Details of the Mechanical Press Machine:
World patent wet type pneumatic clutch and brake for power press machineWorld produce the flywheel, the drive shaft, the gear ring and assemble the clutch with imported friction discs and seals. The friction discs are oil bath which is better for lubrication and cooling. All clutches must pass temperature testing and weight balance testing. Wet clutch has the benefits such as longer service life, lower noise, cheaper maintenance cost and easier maintenance, comparing to dry type clutch. Especially for house hold appliance parts stamping due to more strict cleaness request. |
PLC for pneumatic press control
Programmable logistic control system is standard equip to all world brand automatic power presses. Schneider, Omron, Panasonic are all available. Automatic grease lubrication pump is also controlled by the PLC and operator can set the lubrication time and frequency through the HMI. The press can work as inches, single stroke and continuous strokes. There is an emergency stop button on the control panel for emergency using. Press working status could be checked through the HMI too.
Hydraulic overload protection system for pneumatic press machine
World press uses hydraulic overload protection system instead of conventional mechanical shearing plate with higher reliability and more sensitive action. If wrong operation or press overload, the high pressure hydraulic oil under the bowl will return to the overload pump oil tank. Meantime a signal will be sent to the press and the press will stop immediately to protect the die and the pneumatic power press. There is a reset switch on the control panel and the overload pump will pump the hydraulic oil back to the ram. Press will be ready again for operation.

High precision rectangular type slide guides for the gap frame press
Lengthened rectangular type six faces ram slides with bronze plates fixed on the press body. Higher precision and longer surface life. Guide gaps could be adjusted by the bolts in the front. All the rams are casting in world factory and machining by cnc milling center. Automatic grease lubrication system provides proper lubricant for the guides. Reliable, stable and lower noise.
