Transmission Instructions:
Motor drives through V belt, friction clutch brake and drive gear to drive crankshaft make rotation. Motor is fastened on to supporting plate with rubber buffer. To have oil bath lubrication for drive gear. A sprocket is at the end of sprocket shaft which is synchronous with crankshaft; it transmits the synchronous of crankshaft to cam controller to send variable control signals to press.
Turn the switch to get air in and push piston, hold down plate and connection eccentric bushing move forward together, to disconnect the pawl of connection eccentric bushing off the pawl of eccentric bushing, to adjust the gear shaft to get the required stroke. Turn the switch to get air out and spring pushes the connection eccentric bushing to reset.
Details of Variable Stroke Press:
Power press stroke length adjusting mechanismThe mechanism is installed in front of the crankshaft, adjustable by manual. Motorized adjustment is optional. There is a hole for operator to check the right stroke length position. A knob for adjusting the stroke length is located on the press console. When adjusting, the pneumatic cylinder will drive the adjusting shaft out. Use a spanner to adjust the shaft to the wanted position. Turn back the stroke adjusting knob and the shaft will return back to original position. |

How to Adjust the Stroke Length of a Variable Stroke Press Machine
World brand JH21 (L) series C frame press machine has an eccentric bush system for stroke length adjustment. There are 7-9 stroke shifts for different models. Stroke adjustable press is suitable for one press working with different sizes tools.
Step 1: Turn on the switch of stroke adjustment on the control T stand.
Step 2: Use a wrench to adjust the shaft.
Step 3: Check the stroke shift positions through the hole/window.
Step 4: Turn off the stroke adjustment switch.
