- Machine Frame: Welded from high-strength steel plates, heat-treated to relieve stress and prevent deformation, with high rigidity, and shot-blasted for corrosion resistance.
- Gears and Slide Guides: Heat-treated, quenched, and precision-ground, providing stable transmission and high accuracy.
- PLC Control: Capable of emergency stop, inching/jogging, single-stroke, and continuous stamping. Can be integrated with automatic feeding systems for single-machine or multi-machine automated production lines.
