Product Description

Strong H frame structure of single point eccentic gear press

Smaller presses such as 160ton, 250ton, 315ton and 400ton presses bodies are mono block type casting irons. Bigger presses bodies are tie rod type steel welded type. Dry type clutch is on the top and slide moves along the 8 faces guides in the middle of the frame.

Single point eccetric gear transmission

eccentric gear transmission can provide longer stroke length than crank press. The JS eccetric gear press has more powerful engergy than conventional crank press, which is more suitable for metal sheet drawing process.

Separate type dry clutch and brake. Clutch block is changable for future maintenance. Clutch block clearance could be adjustable to ensure the service life more than 5 years.

High strength alloy steel welded type gears. Geat teeth are grinded for lower noise. High speed gears are herringbone type.
