Product Description
Steel plate welded body. Gap frame and open back. Body is annealing treatment and then sand blasting. Machining by PAMA CNC milling center with high precision. Crankshaft is 42CrMo forging for good surface hardness. Bronze bush with grease lubrication. Six faces lengthened slide guide rials with bronze plate. PLC control, hydraulic overload protection system. Slide adjustment by flat motor. Two pneumatic cylinders are fixed on the top to balance the slide and upper die weight.
