High precision: better than power press precision standard JIS-I

  3. Anti-deviated load bolts for ram guide gap adjustment

  4. Press body annealing treatment, machining by high quality milling center

Safety for operation

  1. The press machine is standard equip with hydraulic overload protection system

  2. Dual safety solenoid valve for the clutch and brake

  3. Emmergency stop buttons on T stand and press back

  4. Light barriers and die safety block are optional

Automatic crank press console

  1. Movable T stand with two-hand mushroom buttons and ram adjusting switch

  2. LCD touch screen on the HMI

  3. Fixed type HMI and movable electric box are selectable

  4. Opetator can check the working status from the screen

  5. Faults alarm and solutions could be shown on the screen
