The 2025 China International Metal Forming Exhibition (METALFORM CHINA2025) was successfully held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from June 17 to 20, 2025.

The exhibition area of this exhibition is 26,000 square meters, attracting 284 exhibitors from 12 countries and regions. The exhibition features "exquisite physical exhibition" and encourages exhibitors to bring high-quality products for exhibition, with an exhibit carrying rate of more than 90%. The exhibits focus on the latest metal forming technology equipment, tooling and dies, connection and welding technology equipment, automation and peripheral equipment, auxiliary materials, testing and inspection, surface treatment technology equipment and various forging, stamping and sheet metal and production parts, etc., meeting most of the needs of metal forming industry enterprises and user enterprises. 

In addition, we will continue to set up special exhibition areas to create an exclusive communication space for the industry: 1. Special exhibition areas including parts, fine blanking committee, pipe committee, sheet metal skills competition works, etc.; 2. Special private negotiation rooms are set up to facilitate the negotiation and docking between exhibitors and visitors; 3. Sample display areas and industry exchange billboards are set up to provide an opportunity for enterprises that have not had time to participate in the exhibition. This exhibition attracted 23,008 professional visitors from 51 countries to visit, 35% of whom had clear purchasing intentions. The main demands included forging equipment, precision servo punching machines, molds, precision machining parts, sheet metal equipment, automation, mold materials, ring forging, aluminum forging, welding equipment, automatic welding, sawing equipment, deburring machines, scanning measurement technology, etc. There were 116 professional visiting groups, totaling more than 1,350 people. They came with technical problems or with expectations of cooperation. 

A purchasing manager from an automobile manufacturer said: "This exhibition allowed me to discover several suppliers with great potential. Many technical solutions can be directly applied to our production line, and the harvest exceeded expectations!" There were 1,211 overseas visitors to this exhibition, from 50 countries and regions including Russia, Japan, South Korea, India, Spain, Germany, Italy, Turkey, France, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, the United States, Mexico, Sweden, Brazil, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, etc. The industry distribution of the visitors concentrated on the entire industrial chain of forging, stamping, sheet metal and related parts. The efficiency of conversion of purchasing intentions has broken through, and the demand for precise purchasing is prominent. 46.3% of professional buyers brought clear purchase lists and locked in intended suppliers. According to partial complete statistics, the on-site achievement rate accounted for 20%; the value of VIP buyers was highlighted. Among the 12 VIP buyers who received pre-matching services, 8 have already formed a prototype of cooperation, involving forming equipment, hydraulic technology, parts, etc.
