YW27 H Frame Hydraulic Stamping Press Machine
Product Description
YW27 sereis hydraulic press machines adop box type clolumns for stronger frame. The ram is moving along the guides a=fixed on the columns for higher precision. Big size hydraulic presses are all tie-rod type, the columns, crown, table and slide are fixed by tie rods. Small size presses could be mono-block type.
YW27 hydraulic stamping press is suitable for sheet parts drawing and forming process. It is widely used for car body parts, motorcycle covers and fences, water tank covers, tractor parts, and motor house parts deep drawing processes.
This hydraulic press could be customized according to buyer's product design and mold sizes, such as the table size, daylight and stroke length. Hydraulic cushion under the table for ejection is also optional. Servo control system for faster speed is optional.
