It is mostly used in precision volume parts under 5 kg, partially replacing cutting and powder Metallurgy, casting, hot forging and other processes are used in cold forging parts of passenger car bicycles in Europe, America and Japan over 40 kilograms, and there is still a wide range of applications in Chinese automobiles.

It has high requirements for high-quality die alloy steel, precise blanking, die design and manufacturing, blank lubrication, automation equipment, post-forging processing, forming equipment and other factors. It has high production efficiency, does not require heating, and does not require descaling. , High material utilization rate, reduction of secondary processing procedures and the amount of processed waste, good consistency of molded parts, good dimensional accuracy, high mechanical properties of the workpiece, good surface quality, greater strength-to-weight ratio and continuous grains Flow direction and other advantages. Fine blanking is a high-tech plate stamping technology used to produce stamping parts with smaller dimensions, larger loads and high precision, and common fine blanking parts on passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, construction machinery and agricultural machinery There are about 300 kinds, and their applications in China have been growing continuously.

The fine blanking process includes three kinds of forces: blanking force FG, ring gear force FR, and back pressure FS, which makes the fine blanking technology different from other ordinary stamping or blanking processes. Fine-blanking parts have many advantages such as good verticality, bright cut surfaces without tearing, and no need for subsequent processing. Precision blanking parts replace part of precision castings, forgings, powder metallurgy parts and machined parts. In addition, the use of servo press stamping or precision die stamping on a traditional press to obtain a fine-blanking effect similar to the technology is also rapidly spreading.

Cold extrusion and fine blanking are both processes with high technical barriers and high added value. There are many integration and intersection parts, and the customer groups they face also overlap. East China is a concentrated area of cold extrusion and fine blanking enterprises. Therefore, we decided to hold these two themed conferences in Suzhou.

At the first Cold Extrusion Forum in 2019, nearly 50 representatives from nearly 30 companies participated in the conference, including the entire industry chain of domestic and foreign first-class materials, presses, automation, lubrication, molds, cold forgings, downstream buyers, etc. Representatives of enterprises and scientific research institutes of the People's Republic of China conducted full exchanges.

Despite the epidemic in 2020, passenger cars, motorcycles, and electric bicycles have stopped falling and rebounded. New energy vehicles have developed rapidly. This forum will organize 12 lectures and invite a total of 150 representatives from upstream and downstream to participate in the forum, create online and offline networks, promote communication between upstream and downstream and peers, increase cooperation between buyers and parts, and jointly promote metal The development of the forming industry.
