How to Adjust the Stroke Length of a Variable Stroke Press Machine

World brand JH21 (L) series C frame press machine has an eccentric bush system for stroke length adjustment. There are 6-8 stroke shifts for different models. Stroke adjustable press is suitable for one press working with different sizes tools. This article is to introduce the adjustment steps.

 

Structure of the eccentric system

Step 1: turn on the switch of stroke adjustment on the control T stand

 

Step 2: use a wrench to adjust the shaft

 

Step 3: check the stroke shift positions through the hole/window

Step 4: turn off the stroke adjustment switch

Step 5: run the press

Run the press with the two-hand button to ensure the press working properly.
