Programmable logistic control system is standard equip to all WORLD brand automatic power presses. Schneider, Omron, Panasonic are all available. The PLC-managed automatic lubrication system allows operators to customize lubrication schedules through the HMI touchscreen. With inch, single, and continuous stroke modes, the press adapts to diverse production requirements. Physical emergency stop buttons and comprehensive HMI monitoring provide fail-safe operation and real-time status visibility.
Engineered with fail-safe protection, the World press features a hydraulic overload protection system that replaces traditional mechanical shear plates with advanced sensitivity and dependability. When detecting abnormal pressure conditions, the system instantaneously redirects hydraulic oil from the bowl to the relief pump tank while sending an emergency stop command to the press. This dual action protects critical tooling and pneumatic systems. Operators can reset the system via the control panel switch, which repressurizes the ram for uninterrupted production cycles.
