Details of the H-Frame Mechanical Press:
H frame structure ensures higher rigidness and strength
Steel plate welded H frame body, annealing treatment and then sand blasting. This process help to release the welding stress and get a better surface for painting. Ram of the press machine is moving inside the body. Other components such as motor, clutch, lubrication system are all inside the frame. Compact structure and nice apperance.
Eight faces slide guides with higher precision
This H frame pess adopts ram with 8 faces guides and the ram is always moving along the center of the press. Ram is casting iron which is machining by cnc machine center for higher precision. Lengthened bronze plates are fixed on press body. Grease lubrication between the bronze plates and the slid gibs.

Easy maintenance and operation
This crank press machine adopts world standard wet clutch. Just need to change the lubricant oil every half year for maintenance.
Hydraulic overload protection system is standard equipped to this single crank press machine. It is easy to reset the system by a swith on the control panel. Only needs one minute to reset the press.
There is a flat motor on the press ram back. This motor works with the worm gear system inside the ram to adjust the shut height. There is a button and a switcn on the T stand to control the slide adjustment.
Automatic central lubrication system for press machine. An electric pump will pump the grease from the tank and distribute the greae to all the lubrication points.
