There is large demand of aluminum circles for industries production. For example, aluminum pans, pots, cups, caps, and dish heads. All need circles with different diameters. But the cost must be controlled strictly. So, an efficient circle blanking line with few waste scraps is very important.

Circles blanking line introduction

The automatic blanking line includes press machine, coil feeding machine and circles transfer belt.

1. Press machine

C frame deep throat press: the throat depth is customized according to the coil maximum width. Deep throat makes the coil pass through press working area properly. Coil feeding direction is left to right or right to left.

H frame double crank press: double crank press has wide table for big width coil pass through. Feeding direction front to back.

1. Roller feeder

The automatic line adopts zig-zag roller feeder. Zig-zag feeder is the best way to low down the material waste rate.

1. Decoiler

Decoiler with coil loading trolley or without trolley. Left to right side moving type decoiler is also available if the coil width is big and no space for coil stock pits.

1. Straightener

Straightener is optional for this line. It is better to equip with a straightener if strict flatness request of the circles.
