Machine can not start

Without access to power

Check whether the power connector is loose , fuse is burned.

Sheet burr is too large 

Blade gap adjustment inappropriate

adjust the blade gap over again

Blunt blade edge

Exchange or hone the blade

The cutting beam can not downward         

The pump motor turn wrong

Adjust three-phase power cables

Electromagnetic reversing valve electric plugs contact undesirable

Check electric plugs

Electromagnetic reversing valve core is blocked or electromagnetic overflow valve sealing is blocked can not seal

Dismantle and clean the valve

Net-type oil filter is blocked

Dismantle and clean the net-type oil filter

The pump can not work 

Check the pump or exchange it when necessary 

Cylinder or  nipple leak

Check and servicing

The cutting beam does not back to the top  dead center or the limit switch is unreact

Check the limit switch or cables

The counter without resetting

Reset the counter

The hold-down and cutting beam order errors or cutting beam return slowly

The nitrogen cylinder pressure is not enough

Aerates nitrogen for nitrogen cylinder until rated pressure 

There is impact sound when cutting beam return to top dead center 

The nitrogen cylinder pressure is too high

Reduce the nitrogen cylinder pressure

Cylinder leak

Seal element wear-out

Exchange seal element

Nipple leak

Nipple is loose,  gasket wear-out

Screw the nipple

exchange gasket

Nitrogen cylinder leakage

Seal oil is not enough or sealing wear-out

Increase seal oil or exchange sealing
