The pneumatic press is a versatile tool that can be used for a variety of applications. From pressing flowers to creating art, the possibilities are endless. If you're looking for a new and interesting way to express yourself, consider giving the pneumatic press a try. pneumatic presses are usually 40 to 750 kg, the transmission medium is compressed air, and the working pressure is relatively low, so the output force of the pneumatic press is relatively small, but the speed is faster. It is used in working conditions with small pressure requirements.

What are the advantages of a pneumatic press?

1. The pneumatic press uses air as the working medium. It is relatively easy to obtain the working medium, and the air after use is discharged into the atmosphere, which is convenient for disposal.

2. pneumatic press has very small viscosity of air (about one ten-thousandth of the dynamic viscosity of hydraulic oil), and its loss is also very small, so it is convenient for centralized air supply and long-distance transportation.

3. pneumatic press has good adaptability to working environment, especially in flammable, explosive, dusty, strong magnetic, radiation, vibration and other harsh working environments, it is superior to hydraulic, electronic and electrical controls.

4. pneumatic press is low in cost and can be automatically protected against overload.

What is the working principle of pneumatic press?

The pneumatic compressor relies on the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating impeller to compress the gas. When the gas flows through the impeller, due to the rotation of the impeller, the gas is subjected to centrifugal force to generate pressure, and at the same time the gas also gains speed; then the gas speed is slowed down by the diffuser to further increase the pressure of the gas.

What is the function of the pneumatic press seal?

The function of the air compressor seal is to prevent backflow between stages and leakage to the outside of the machine. Therefore, the seal can be divided into inner seal and outer seal. The inner seal is to prevent the leakage of the intermediate stage of the flow part, such as between the partition and the wheel cover, and between the reflux, the partition and the sleeve (or shaft) are all internal leakage. The inner seal generally adopts a comb-shaped seal. There are smooth type, labyrinth type and stepped type for sealing sheet and sealing teeth. Labyrinth and stepped sealing effect is good. The outer seal is to reduce or prevent the pressurized gas inside the machine from leaking out. The forms of external seal include labyrinth air seal, floating ring oil seal and dry gas seal.

World Precise Machinery (China) is the biggest branch factory of World Group which is focusing on producing and technology researching of power press machines. The original factory was built in 1953 to produce small eccentric punching machines for new China industry. World Group bought this factory in 1998 and expanded the production capacity and the product ranges.
