SHL
The roller straightening machine operates based on the Bauschinger effect of metal materials. By subjecting the metal sheet to repeated, controlled alternating bending through a staggered array of work rollers, it gradually reduces the original curvature differences across the entire material. The complete straightening workflow follows three sequential functional stages: the feeding unit delivers the sheet at a constant, stable speed, the multi-roller straightening section applies progressive plastic deformation to eliminate internal stress unevenness, and the output section collects the finished flat product with guaranteed consistent flatness across its full length and width.
High-Performance Roller System
All straightening rollers are forged from solid steel, subjected to high-frequency quenching treatment, precision grinding and hard chrome plating after finishing.
The 7 rollers entry-level configuration offers a compact footprint, ideal for processing thin sheets under 4.5mm in general metal fabrication lines.
Rigid Frame & Intelligent Control System
The machine adopts a pre-stressed closed welded frame structure that undergoes full post-weld annealing to eliminate internal manufacturing stress, minimizing elastic deflection. The integrated control cabinet is equipped with Schneider low-voltage electrical components and a CE-certified DELTA inverter
