The hydraulic press brake uses a mold (general or special mold) to bend a cold metal sheet into a workpiece of various geometric cross-section shapes. It is a sheet metal forming machine designed for cold rolling sheet metal processing. It is widely used in sheet metal bending, such as automobile, aircraft manufacturing, light industry, shipbuilding, container, elevator, railway vehicles and other industries.
The press brake generally adopts the special numerical control system of the bending machine. The coordinate axis of the bending machine has been developed from single axis to 12 axes. The running depth control of the slider can be automatically realized by the numerical control system, the left and right tilt adjustment of the slider, the front and rear adjustment of the back gauge, left and right adjustment of back gauge, pressure tonnage adjustment and slider approaching speed adjustment and so on. The bending machine can conveniently realize the actions of the slider fast down, jog, continuous, pressure holding, returning and stopping halfway.
