1. This 500-ton straight side stamping press adopts a high-rigidity tie-rod integrated structure, where the top beam, slide, four columns and base are precisely locked and fixed by pre-tensioned tie rods. This design effectively disperses stamping impact force, minimizes frame deflection even under long-term full-load operation, and delivers far higher structural stability than conventional frame presses.

2. It is equipped with a heavy-duty eccentric gears transmission system paired with two symmetrically arranged con-rods, which evenly distributes driving force to both sides of the slide, eliminating eccentric load deviation and ensuring consistent parallelism throughout the entire stamping stroke.

3. Four independent slide balance cylinders are installed to offset the dead weight of the slide and upper die, effectively eliminating clearance impact during high-speed operation, reducing transmission component wear, and guaranteeing ultra-smooth, zero-jitter slide movement.

4. The press features an extra-long stroke length and an extended rated tonnage distance, which maintains full 500-ton output across a larger downward travel range. This makes it perfectly suited for deep drawing of large thick-plate parts, complex deep forming and multi-process progressive stamping tasks that require long full-force working ranges.

5. Fitted with a high-response dry type clutch and brake combination, it offers fast actuation, low heat generation, no oil leakage risk and a long maintenance cycle.
