1. This 400-ton straight side mechanical press is built with an optimized steel plate welded body, which undergoes strict stress relief treatment to minimize frame deflection even under full tonnage impact, delivering outstanding structural rigidity and long-term operational stability for heavy-duty stamping tasks.
2. It adopts high-precision eccentric gears transmission with full surface quenching treatment, ensuring smooth, backlash-free power output that reduces transmission loss and extends the overall service life of the drive system.
3. The press is engineered with an extra-long stroke length and an extended rated tonnage distance, which allows full tonnage output to be maintained across a larger downward travel range, perfectly meeting the processing requirements for deep drawing, deep forming and complex progressive stamping parts.
4. Equipped with a high-sensitivity dry type clutch and brake combination, it features fast response, low wear rate and no risk of oil leakage, ensuring reliable continuous operation even under high-frequency stamping cycles.
5. For higher application flexibility, this 400-ton straight side press offers optional configurations including a hydraulic cushion for reverse forming, a movable table for easy die change, and fully customizable bolster size to perfectly match your existing tooling layout and production workflow.
 Crown of two points gear press1. Main motor drive system ensures the slide nominal capacity at the force points. 2. Separate type pneumatic clutch and brake, safe and reliable. 3. Flywheel is mounted on the support bush in the press body. Flywheel drive shaft only transfers the working torque without the bending load caused by flywheel self-weight. 4. Clutch and brake use imported famous brand safety solenoid valve with abnormal monitor function. 5. Both mechanical and electric cam controllers are adopted. With anti-repeat stroke function at single stroke working mode. 6. Main drive system uses V belt. Upper drive, transmission gears counterrotating, with guide bushes and poles. 7. Transmission gear rings, wheel hubs and wheel spokes are welded together and then by annealing treatment. Forged gear ring, gear surface hardness treatment and then grinding. |
