Press Brake

The hydraulic press brake is a sheet metal forming machine designed for cold rolling sheet metal processing, utilizing molds (either general or special-purpose) to bend cold metal sheets into workpieces with various geometric cross-section shapes. It is widely employed in industries such as automobile manufacturing, aircraft production, light industry, shipbuilding, container fabrication, elevator construction, and railway vehicles.

The press brake typically features a specialized numerical control (NC) system, which enables automated control over the slider's running depth, back gauge positioning, pressure tonnage adjustment, and slider approach speed. Additionally, the bending machine can perform various actions including fast down, jog, continuous operation, pressure holding, return, and stopping at any point during the process.
