The automatic line including: 2 in 1 type decoiler straightener, servo roll feeder, stamping press and progressive die.

2 in 1 decoiler straightener

Uncoiling machine with a straightening part on the same steel welded frame. Manual expansion of the uncoiling spindle. 4pcs A arms fix the coil on the spindle. Straightening part adopts two lines straightening rollers. Roller gap can be adjusted by two hand-wheels. The speed is 1-15m/min. Speed is adjustable if with an optional inverter.

Servo roll feeder

Drive by servo motor. PLC control system with HMI. Feeding parameters can be programmed on the touch screen. Feeding speed is 1-20m/min. Feeding precision is 0.03mm.

Stamping press machine

C frame or H frame stamping press machine. Single point or double points. Depends on the progressive die sizes and the furniture parts sizes. World machinery can supply c frame press from 25ton to 400ton, and H frame press from 110ton to 630ton. All presses are PLC control. All adopt wet type pneumatic clutch and brake. Press can work as inches, single circle, and continuous strokes. Press PLC can send signals to servo feeding machine to work synchronize.

Progressive die
