(2) Automatic protection device: Its function is to set beams, airflow, electric field, etc. around the dangerous area of the die. Once the hand enters the dangerous area, the press will automatically stop working through light, electricity, and gas control. At present, the commonly used automatic protection device should be a photoelectric protection device. The principle is to set the emitter and receiver in the dangerous area to form one or more beams of light. When the operator's hand mistakenly enters the dangerous area, Guangkang is blocked, so that the optical signal is converted into an electrical signal through the photocell. After the electrical signal is amplified, it is blocked with the start control circuit, so that the slider of the punching machine stops working immediately, thus playing a protective role. .
