J23 eccentric punching machine is a general type mechanical power press. Casting iron body with inclinable working table. Left to right located crankshaft, mechanical rigid rolling key clutch and band type brake, v type ram gibs, manual ram adjustment, shearing plate inside the ram for overload protection. This punching press has capacity from 6.3ton to 125ton. J23 mechanical press is suitable for small parts punching and hot forging as well.

Casting iron body with heat treatment

The eccentric press adopts casting iron body. Two casting legs support the body, connected with two strong bolts. Body can be incliable for some angles for easy dropping the stamping parts and the scraps. World precise machinery produces the casting parts in his own factory. Grey iron casting with sand and resin.

Mechanical rolling key type clutch

Small press is operated by foot pedal with mechanical control system, such as 6.3ton, 10ton and 16ton. Both foot pedal and two-hand button control are available for 25ton and bigger size punch presses.

Slide balance cylinder for 80ton and bigger sizes eccentric presses

Two slide balance cylinders on the top to balance the weight of press ram and the upper tool. Press can move more stable.
