Several presses working together with the help of manipulators provides high production efficiency. More and more factories start to improve their stamping machines to automatic press line. Low labor cost, less spaces for press machines, higher efficiency, and better stamping quality.

This article is to introduce an automatic stamping line for washing machine drums production. This line includes main machines as follows.

5-6 units c frame power presses

World brand C frame single crank presses have tonnage range from 25ton to 400ton. The 250ton and 315ton presses are suitable for washing drums stamping. 5 to 6 units JH21-250 or JH21-315 presses can be installed nearby. Space between each press could be 1 meter to 1.5 meter. Each press has 4pcs mounting pads. It is easy for installation and the pads are anti-vibration types.

Double stacker

Automatic stacker with double stations for fast loading the circles or square steel plates. There is a lubricating machine for lubricate the steel plates before stamping and drawing. It is automatic center positioning.

6-7 units 4 axis manipulators

The manipulators will be installed between the presses. Manipulator arms pick up the workpiece and transfer it between presses. Press PLC can connect with manipulator PLC. This ensures the machines working synchronize.

Conveyor for output the finished stamping parts

One conveyor can put by the press for finished step.

Press can equip with optional die quick change device for faster changing molds.

Operator can turn off several units presses to use only some of them for short stamping line. The conveyor is movable. And the other presses can work individually too.
