2. The lubricating oil level is too low, and the oil suction port cannot absorb oil, so it is necessary to refuel to the upper limit position in time.

3. There is air in the lubricating oil and the oil pressure cannot be applied. To drain the air in the oil, there is an exhaust button or screw plug on the oil pump.

4. The oil returned to the oil tank is blocked by the filter screen of the oil suction port due to foreign matter, and the oil cannot be absorbed. It is necessary to remove the filter screen to clean and replace with new oil.

5. Some lubricating points are blocked. Generally, the precision press uses a progressive oil separator to distribute the oil volume. The blockage of one lubricating point will cause the entire oil circuit to be blocked. It is necessary to check the oil circuit and each lubricating point.
