JH21B crank type press machine is the improved model of JH21 C frame single crank press. The press machine adopts slide with 8 faces guides instead of the rectangular type ram gibs for higher precision. The tonnage ranges are from 160ton to 400ton.

Eight faces ram guide gibs for c type press

More slide guides with bronze plates provide higher precison for press. More suitable for metal sheet piercing and cutting. High rigidness c type press body welded by high quality steel plates. Other configurations are same as JH21 type.

High level configurations for the crank press machine

JH21B automatic press machine adopts wet type combined clutch and brake. Transmission gear is welded by forged gear ring with a flange, which is more stronger than standard casting gear. Central lubrication system, ram motorized adjustment system, hydraulic overload protection system are all standard configurations.
