World brand JH21 series C frame single crank press machines have the nominal capacity from 25ton to 400ton. The JH21-125 is the most popular model for sale. It has a strong steel welded body. Optimized structure design with high welding quality ensure the strength. Anealing treatment and sand blasting treatment release the welding stress. Careful painting provides a nice appearance.
The press is equipped with a combined wet type pneumatic clutch and brake. Clutch and brake discs are oil bath inside the flywheel. High quailty seal rings ensure no oil leakage. Dual-safety solenoid valve is interlocked with PLC. The clutch assembly is after temperatuer improving testing and weight balance testing.
High strength ram connection rod is three-parts design: upper cover, middle rod and screw-adjust block. The rod is connected with nitrogen-treated ball screw. Smooth ram adjusting. No screws stuck. Bronze bush provides better lubrication and longer service life.
Transmission gears are machined in our own factory. Gear teeth are grinded. Press machine properly runs with low noise.
Applications
C frame press machine is suitable for sheet metal cold forming. Process includes blanking, cutting, bending, piercing, triming and drawing. It can work with automatic metal strip feeding machines to act as a full automatic stamping line.
