This hydraulic press machine is a PLC-controlled hydraulic press, delivering a pressing force of 100kN to 12500 kN with a maximum slide stroke of 300-1000 mm. It features reliable operation, superior control safety, easy maintenance and user-friendly performance.

The hydraulic system is custom-designed by integrating internationally advanced hydraulic principles with our extensive industry experience. It adopts large-diameter cartridge valves, which are organized into three distinct functional blocks. This design ensures the system boasts a compact structure, rapid response, low pressure loss and consistent operational reliability.

The oil cylinder is equipped with imported specialized sealing rings and wear-resistant rings, significantly enhancing its wear resistance and sealing performance. The pre-fill oil tank is mounted on the top of the machine, effectively reducing the floor space occupation.

The frame structure of this hydraulic press consists of an upper beam, a slide and a base, which are securely locked into a rigid unit by four tension bolts with sixteen nuts. This construction endows the machine with excellent precision retention and exceptional structural rigidity.
