C frame single crank fast speed presses have nominal capacities from 25 ton to 400 ton. The stroke length is shorter than standard crank press. Press speed can achieve to 150 times per minute. JH21Z fast speed press standard equips with wet clutch, hydraulic overload pump, electric grease pump and ram balance cylinders. This fast speed power press is suitable for thin sheet cutting and blanking, such as the production line for chain plates and electric EI parts.

JH21Z fast speed c type crank press stroke length is shorter than standard JH21 crank press. The tonnage point is a little smaller too. The speed is faster, suitable for thin sheet metal parts blanking and cutting. Automatic grease lubrication system and the high quality shaft bushes ensure the lubrication and temperature controlling, although the speed is that fast. Reliable performance and high working efficiency.

High performance with economic cost

This automatic fast speed press is slower than standard high speed press. But the cost is also much lower. Customer no need to pay more if the stamping process does not need high speed such as 200 spm. JH21Z crank press is designed to match the demand of medium speed press. Such as the automatic blanling line for EI parts and chain plates.
