Coil Feeder

The coil feeder is an automated material handling system designed to continuously supply coil sheets to press machines or cutting machines. A compact integrated solution, the 3-in-1 feeder incorporates a decoiler, a straightener feeder, and an optional coil loading trolley into a single unit. These components can also operate independently as an uncoiling machine, a straightening machine, or a servo feeding machine. Alternatively, the decoiler and straightener can be configured as a 2-in-1 unit when working with coils of manageable weight and width.

Coil feeders and their associated accessories are widely deployed in automated production lines, including press lines, cutting-to-length systems, and slitting lines. Based on specific material parameters such as coil weight, sheet thickness, width, and the operational speed requirements of the stamping line, we can recommend the optimal coil feeding system to meet our customers' production needs.
